Guild Ranking

Guild Rank progression occurs through accumulation of ‘Reputation Points.’ These can be gained from attending guild meetings, guild RP events, RP’d instance runs, and completion of Deeds. Each rank within the guild requires a certain number of reputation points to achieve. Each rank also holds privileges and responsibilities within the guild.

Guild Reputation Advancement Points

Overview
The point of this would be to promote activity and participation in the guild through various methods, and give the members a chance to move up in rank as well as to earn the privileges and prestige that would bring. It builds loyalty to the guild and it's members, informs them of bits of Lore, helps develop their characters, and gives them a chance to progress.  You can check your current points by looking at the guild roster under the column for guild rep.

Structure
To obtain these ranks -

Initiate - (Neutral standing) This would be earned simply by joining the guild.

1 - (Member/Friendly Standing) Requiring 25 points comprised of 20 from creating a profile on the website and 5 additional points & expressed intent to remain within the guild.

1 - (Honored standing) Requiring 100 points & an interview by either Lady Yvaynne, or an Officer.

2 - (Revered standing) 200 Points earned & an interview by either Lady Yvaynne, or an Officer.

3 - (Exalted standing) Requires 300 points & an interview by either Lady Yvaynne, or an Officer.

Officers & Advisors do not earn Ranks with Rep or Respect points, but they may track their own points if they wish.

Points accumulate as a total over the duration of the active time in the guild. Points you have earned for a prior rank carry over towards your next rank (IE - Exalted Rank = 100 + 100 + 100)

How You Earn Points / Rep

Service

- Helping other guild members with quests or instances when needed may be awarded 5 points. Service Rep points should be reported by the guild member who was helped. This includes instances, levelling, profession help, and others.

Endorsements

- refering someone to the guild that stays and reaches Honored status will earn the person who referred them 10 points.

Attendance

- to RP events as well as guild meetings would earn 5 points.

Forum Participation

- Each story consisting of 5 decent paragraphs or more either open or closed will receive 5 points.

Forum Registration & Profile

- Each character may earn the one time starting bonus of 20 points when they register with the forums and fill out a complete profile of their character within the first week of joining the guild. This drops to a one time bonus of 5 points if done after the first week of joining the guild.

Exalted SSO

There is an additional reward of 50 rep points that can be earned by achieving Exalted status with the Shattered Sun Offensive.

Additionally, an Officer may decide to award points as they see fit.

It is possible to lose points for poor behavior, bad form, abuse, disregard of the rules, or creating problems otherwise. The officers will decide on the penalty of rep points in individual situations. Additionally it is also possible to lose points for MIA status (a non-communicated absence/disappearance). Anywhere from 5-25 points may be lost depending on the situation.

IMPORTANT NOTE

YOU

are responsible to send a PM to an officer of the guild to make sure that your points get added to your total. If you attend a meeting, or an event - remember to PM an officer. If you help someone in the guild with a quest or an instance - PM an officer. Failure to do so will result in a possibility of your points not getting added to your advancement total.
